Hydro Fix Performance
With a density of 6,000 g/m2, Hydro Fix Comfort Core Comfort Core
™ has 100% more density than all other WPC floors in the marketplace. This advantage comes from the proprietary blend of PVC, resins and minerals, which yield the highest density and most stable core in the multilayer flooring industry. WPC, in contrast, uses a foaming agent to introduce tiny air pockets in its core board. This foaming technology reduces costs, density and durability of the core of these floors.

Guaranteed not to Cup, Curl or Delaminate
Our patented manufacturing process, combined with our RCB technology, completely eliminates cupping, curling and delamination risks when you install Hydro Fix Comfort Core Comfort Core™.
Less Thermal Expansion
An added benefit of Hydro Fix Comfort Core Comfort Core’s plasticizer-free proprietary blend is a floor that has superior performance when it comes to thermal linear expansion resulting from heat exposure. While all materials expand and contract when exposed to heat, this patented process and unique blend of materials allows Hydro Fix Comfort Core Comfort Core to expand 60% less when compared to WPC floors.
Best-in-Industry Joint Connection Technology
A final benefit of the best in industry density of Hydro Fix Comfort Core Comfort Core is the strength and durability of the click connect and joints. This strength and density helps eliminate breaking or fracturing of the joint connections when handling and installing, and provides superior joint-holding strength.
As mentioned earlier, WPC uses a foaming agent to introduce tiny air pockets in its core. This foaming technology yields a more brittle, fragile board putting the connection joints at risk of damage and failure. When the Hydro Fix Comfort Core Comfort Core click connect is compared to a WPC click using a drop dart impact test method, the Hydro Fix Comfort Core Comfort Core click is 5 times stronger.
